The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia.

The Role:
70% Provision of an efficient, cost effective Web, Knowledge Management and Support service (inclusive of company specific and Social Media), including but not limited to the following:
• Provide site administration activities in accordance with relevant business controls
• Maintain website structures in accordance with business objectives and priorities.
• Ensure content remains relevant, up to date and is reflective of business requirements
• Ensure information integrity through ongoing QA/QC activities
• Identify and implement continual improvement measures
• Establish and maintain content publishing workflow processes and procedures to ensure content meets ‘best practice’ in web usability, web page design and writing for the web
• Responsible for the management of web security groups in accordance with relevant standards and business controls
• Responsible for the management of site templates and configuration as detailed in relevant business control Level 2 Web service activities:
• Ensure the daily monitoring of business requests in IS Call Centre ‘Web Administration West’ Call Queue
• Liaison with relevant IS support teams including Business Solutions and Service Delivery to provide SME support for the resolution of web related calls
• Efficient handling and timely close-out of assigned ‘Customer’ service requests
• Level 2 call resolution when escalated by Web Support Analyst, IS Service Centre or PGPA
• Provide Web best practice advice to ‘Customers’
• Provide day to day direction and guidance for all Web Support Staff
• Provide ongoing Web functional training and support
• Provide SME support for the IS Change Control process ensuring all web changes are managed to ensure minimal business disruption
• Report and provide SME assistance with the investigation and remediation of incidents on the web environments
• Deliver Web solutions through the IM Work Request process:
• Business requirements data gathering and analysis
• Validation of user requirements and prioritisation
• Stakeholder Engagement (inc. communications, reporting and change management activities)
• Solution design and delivery (inc. process design, relevant documentation, etc)
• Ensure compliance of sites in line with Corporate design and configuration standards
• Responsible for the delivery and prioritisation of the web work request slate in line with business requirements
• Management of assigned resources including engagement with nominated 3rd party vendors
• ‘Fit for purpose’ training, communication and awareness program for the Web that includes:
• Development of web training program to support and help build organisational capability
• Identify and implement continual improvement measures
• Responsible for the maintenance of reference materials and documentation ensuring they remain up to date and reflective of the business requirements
• Responsible for the delivery of the training as designed to meet the needs of web solution deployments and business requirements
• Ensure the maintenance of end user training status
• Responsible for the ongoing educational support of the business
• Develop and maintain web communications plan
• Responsible for the effective and timely delivery of communications and change management activities
• Management of company Domain Names in line with Corporate Domain Name Management procedures
• Other activities as directed by the Web, Collaboration and Knowledge Management Coordinator 15% Usability Review service ensuring resources are efficient, effective and usable, including but not limited to:
• Development of usability reference material and documentation in line with usability best practice
• Facilitation of usability sessions to obtain user preferences and feedback Analysis and documentation of recommended improvement measures
• Interface with and leverage from company Usability Analyst network 10% Web Governance activities, including but not limited to:
• Development and maintenance of company Web governance standards and process documentation, ensuring they remain up to date and reflective of business requirements including data quality management processes
• Manage web governance change and exception requests
• Conduct compliance reviews:
• External website privacy reviews in line with IPS schedule
• Website and supporting file structure access
• Website compliance to Branding and company Standards 5% People and Teams
• Attend and contribute to regular IM Team meetings
• Support projects and initiatives as required
• Participate in IS Department Change Control process and meetings where relevant
• Attend and contribute to Web and Usability forums as required

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Tertiary qualifications in Information Management or related Information Technology Discipline

7+ years prior experience in a similar role, preferably within the resources industryStrong technical familiarity with Tier 1 web tools and vendors. Demonstrated understanding of effective design techniques and standards including user interface design, graphics creation and optimization for the web
