The Role:
Only candidates who already have the rights to work in Azerbaijan will be considered for this role

to ensure that all fabricated work performed throughout the manufacturing process conforms to the specifications, standards & procedures, appropriate to the work to contribute to the production of defect-free products.

to perform all work in accordance with the provisions of the Safety and Quality Management System
To learn all aspects of inspection and be familiarized with all relevant standards as AWS, ASME, API and client specifications.
To learn examination and test of welding work being performed at both in-process and completed stages and record results.

: To ensure that all fabrication / welding work is carried out in accordance with the relevant international / client standards, specifications and procedures
To ensure that the correct WPS/SWIS is being used during the welding activities undertaken at the fabrication facility and is in line with the factory notification documentation
To ensure that relevant welders being used to perform the welding activities are qualified to the specific work scopes that they are performing on
To ensure carry out Welders Audit as per Audit Plan
Carry out the inspection of welding consumables storing as per the manufacturer’s recommendations and specific internal / clients’ procedures and note the appropriate column
To ensure that recording of each weld, welder’s number, WPS or SWIS date and time on welding and weld reference is completed in accordance with the relevant specification
Where re-work is required it should be carried-out and re-examined prior to release stage for further to be performed
To submit NDT requests ensuring NDT type and to ensure they were accepted before passing to the next stage
To ensure all ITP mini-check list is signed step by step on the each step
To ensure all pressure test equipment is calibrated and used as per client specification.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
CSWIP Level 3.1
1 years’ experience within a visual inspector
Excel in communication and interpersonal skills Good understanding of the English language in both writing and speaking
