The Company:
An international Oil and Gas Operator

The Role:
Review and finalise the Nawara completion concept.
• Develop in close cooperation with the client's Tunisia Drilling Department a detailed completion design
and equipment specifications.
• Initiate and coordinate the procurement process for completion equipments with due consideration of
the client's Procurement procedures and corporate requirements.
• Develop workover concepts and plans for the required remedial work, re-completion and completion
work, either with rig or rig-less.
• Initiate and coordinate detailed workover programmes for remedial work, re-completion and completion
work.
• Coordinate the workover execution with the client's Tunisia Drilling Department and well Services
Contractors.
• Support in cost estimation and budgeting of completion and workover operations.
• Ensure technical integrity and availability of all wells for production start of Nawara.
• Ensure compliance with client's applicable well construction and design standards.
• Control performance of well services contractors to ensure that quality and cost of deliverables is in
accordance with contracts, programs and budgets.
• Prepare technical input for presentations to partners and Head office (TCM/OCM, Peer reviews,
Tollgates, etc.)
• Ensuring on-site supervision of workover operations.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
o Degree in Engineering, preferably Petroleum Engineering
o 10 years professional experience in various areas of well construction design and operations.
o Strong background in production technology, completion design and workover operations.
o Active involvement in completion design and installation operations.
o Good understanding of entire production operations cycle from reservoir to processing facilities,
in particular for gas and condensate fields.
o Good understanding of sand management and sand control technologies.
o Demonstrated experience in working with contractors.
o Planning, Organizing and Monitoring skills
o Team player
o Working experience with Nodal analysis soft ware (Prosper)
Proficient skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and the Web Browsers (Internet
Explorer and Firefox).
Willingness to acquire skills in the use of Aconex, the Nawara Project Document and Correspondence
Management System.
