The Company:
My client operates the Rough gas storage facility in the southern North Sea and the Easington onshore gas processing terminal in East Yorkshire.

The Role:
My client is looking for a couple of candidates to work within their Well Engineering and Operations Department. The positions will be 3-6 months and will be working from home or from the Hedon Office. My client is looking for candidates to start in Mid February.

Position 1:
•Review Well Engineering and Operations policies & procedures, including those of Exploration & Production where relevant, and conduct a gap analysis.
•Amend current policies and procedures and draft new policies and procedures to fill the gaps and deliver a coherent set of policies and procedures robust to audit.
•Liaise with Expro to ensure CSL version of Safewells is loaded with the correct policies and procedures prior to loading CSL wells data.

Skills Set 1:
•Familiar with Well Engineering and Operations.
•Familiar with Wells Division policies and procedures.
•Experience of writing policies and procedures.
•Capable of carrying out a gap analysis on existing policies and procedures and filling in the gaps.


Position 2:
•Review CSL proto Well Diaries, cross reference them to spending records and the permit to work system to eliminate references to un-executed planning.
•Make efforts to track down information in the archives to fill gaps in any well diaries.

Skills Set 2:
•Familiar with Well Engineering and Operations terminology
•Familiar with Well diaries
•Good information retrieval skills from e-files
