The Company:
A major oil & gas operator.

The Role:
Overall purpose of the role is to maintain the high standards of well integrity and if required, support well intervention operations of wells.

Key Accountabilities

Every individual has a duty to both themselves and those around them to ensure that safe practice is adhered to at all times. In addition to any specific accountabilities for HSSE, all employees are accountable for ensuring that they take care of themselves and adopt exemplary safe behaviours.

•Monitoring, trending, analysis and reporting of well integrity status using state of the art iWIT software.

•Maintaining the high standards of well integrity by reviewing the well status and planning for corrective action in consultation with relevant stakeholders.

•Ensure that well are operated as per company’s well integrity and other well engineering standards. In the event of deviation form the standards, seek dispensation form technical authorities located at company’s head quarter in UK. Also track and renew the dispensations as required.

•In addition to above, the job position would also support the following requirements:

•Coordinating well intervention program

•Assist lead well engineer in planning/programming various well intervention operations.

•Field supervision for stimulation, slickline/CTU/E-line operations, rig-less work-over, acid jobs, etc. – if required during increased work load

•Keep Well Integrity Management System current and identify any deviations

•Monitor and follow up the remedial plans identified for restoration of well integrity

•Super user for well integrity database software iWIT

•Frequent offshore visits for attending well integrity diagnostics and well intervention supervision

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•Degree in engineering (Mechanical/petroleum/chemical)

Demonstrable experience of:

•Well engineering and well construction

•Well completion

•Well interventions

•Wellhead maintenance/well operations
