The Role:
- maintain & develop Safewells database
- facilitate risk assessment meetings
- track & expedite findings & actions
- support communications with & provision of records to Well Examiner (inc recording findings in Impact)
- generate internal reports for Well Ops / Assurance Board

- distribute mail
- maintain contacts/out of office/ duty lists
- coordinate new user IT requests
- coordinate office space / moves
- other general admin duties

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- good organisational skills
- strong interpersonal skills
- broad range of IT skills
- demonstration of Company SPIRIT values

Preferred Skills:
- familiar with Well Operations
