The Role:
- High profile Australian oil and gas E&P company
- Field based (regional South Australia)
- Even time FIFO rosters

The Well Site Supervisor will provide visible leadership in all aspects of HSSEC, ultimately ensuring all well operations are conducted in accordance with the approved well operations programme, and in compliance with all Company policies and procedures, and regulatory requirements. Reporting to the Superintendent, your other key deliverables will include:

- Regular communications with the service company Rig Manager and crew, ensuring equipment and services comply with the Contract, and that operations are conducted in such a way that mitigates well control risks &/or any other drilling hazards;
- Update forecast and planned activities to understand resource requirements to meet well demands and provide optimum efficiencies within the drilling programme;
- Set and conduct pre-start safety and operational meetings;
- Signing-off contractors tickets, service company tickets, and material delivery tickets; and
- Prepare daily cost estimates based on goods consumed and services provided.

You are a highly experienced Oil & Gas professional with a proven background in drilling and completions on the Client side. Or as a minimum, you are currently working as a Senior Rig Manager, Onshore, with a services company within Oil & Gas. You must also hold valid IWCF and BOP certifications.
