The Role:
The key role of this job is to plan, coordinate and direct the supply of drilling and completion materials and services to ensure safe and continuous installation well operations and as well as act as link between PSCM and the business, executing tactical requests and delivering procurement/ materials management solutions.

Responsibilities and duties include but not limited to:

• Responsible to collate (6) month & (1) month material requirements lists
• Responsible to procure materials under PSCM umbrella agreements
• Responsible to manage and monitor the expediting process for project drilling and completion materials
• Responsible to liaise with contractors / suppliers to ensure the forward readiness / specification of materials / equipment
• Responsible to attend drilling / production planning meetings & provide link to logistics
• Responsible to share relevant lessons learned across the logistics network
• Manages third party materials delivery providers.
• Works with the buyer group and sourcing specialists, communicating business needs and participating in development of commodity strategies.
• Responsible for obtaining specifications, quantities and target delivery dates for programme materials DR’s
• Responsible to liaise with LCs on the materials delivery for the programme
• Responsible to ensure that the Business Unit QA processes are followed as part of the materials mobilisation process
• Monitor programme OCTG requirements / availability including liaison with the OCTG supplier
• Responsible to ensure that all service call-offs are in place prior to the start of the programme
• Responsible to monitor high cost rentals to ensure that they are mobilised and demobilised efficiently
• Responsible to control and maintain specific installation materials to ensure availability to meet programme requirements
• Responsible to investigate and close out all material and equipment overage, shortage and damage occurrences related to the programme
• Accountable for performing all duties with regard to the BP Az SPU and Corporate HSSE Standards, Policies and Guidelines, the health and safety of self and others who may be affected, and the environment
• All duties to be performed with due regard to BP Policies, Guidelines and government legislation
• Attend all meetings required by the position subject to notice to attend and availability
