The Role:
The Planning and Performance Team Leader is accountable for delivering business planning, performance analysis of Wells activity and the Digital Solutions for Wells operations in the Azerbaijan, Georgia and Turkey (AGT) Region. The role is responsible for the annual plan, performance reporting against the plan, internal and external benchmarks as well as knowledge management.
• Lead and manage the Planning and Performance team short-term/ long- term objectives to deliver the AGT Wells Functional Performance Team Annual Plan • Responsible for timely collection, input, analysis, verification and provision of weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports and ad-hoc variance analysis to GWO and AGT Wells Leadership Team. • Coordinate and assure support to Functional Performance Manager in provision of Planning Support to GWO and AGT Wells Team (assurance of Rig Schedules and submission to GWO, etc.) • Lead from Functional Performance Team side and support GWO and AGT Wells in rig / activity schedule management and ensure Wells scheduling into processes such as Long Term Planning (LTP), Group Financial Outlook (GFO) and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) • Support delivery of Client Well Advisor (ClientWA) real time drilling operations monitoring system across the whole AGT offshore installations and an efficient Collaborative Environment (CoRE) environment in the Wells offices. • Define the Knowledge Management strategy including administration of Client standardized tools. • Training, development and mentoring of Planning and Performance Team members with focus on capability development • Advise and Report on wells performance targets and key performance indicators; monitor, benchmark and report wells performance across the Region. Identify and recommend opportunities for improvement • Manage administration and advise on application of Wells Digital Tools, real time data and advanced collaborative environments LI-WRAP

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Essential Education Engineering degree
Essential experience and job requirements • Minimum 5 - 7 years’ experience as a Wells Discipline Engineer (Drilling or Completion Engineering) • Proficient in MS Office applications • Analytical and experienced working with data management processes, systems, large databases and understanding of IT structures • Experience in planning and scheduling • Ability to distil key messages from large volumes of data and communicate them effectively • Fluency in English (Verbal, Written and Reading)

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Desirable criteria & qualifications • Advanced knowledge of Excel • Working knowledge of Landmark Well planning software and Openwells
