The Company:
Our Client is a Leading Global Operator in the Oil and Gas Industry. This role is based in London (west) and supports our client's projects in Iraq.

The Role:
Location: London - (Occasional trips to Iraq will be required)

Key Role Accountabilities
• Support for sourcing processes and systems (Ariba) category wide across the team
• Support for R2P processes and systems (Maximo) category wide across the team
• Single Point of Accountability for Wells SCM liaising with Contracting and Compliance for:
- Governance: Collating, reviewing and supporting the development of submissions from the team. Reporting back on improvements
- Anti Corruption and Due Diligence: Supporting completion within the team, auditing
- Support category management from a reporting perspective at a Category Lead level.

• Support for deployment of supplier management process & relationships, related reporting and KPI measurement
• Single Point of Accountability for Wells SCM liaising with Planning and Performance for:
- Team KPIs
- Supporting Contract Procurement Plan requirements
- Representing team systems reporting requirements
- Representing team systems development and support requirements

• Programme management, activity tracking & performance reporting.
• Weekly SCM analysis, review, reporting and compilation for Team Lead
• Weekly executive summary on team activity and deliverables
• Spend reporting, contract consumption reporting and analysis for Cat Leads and Team Leads.
• Trend reporting on KPIs, Management targets and financial reporting for Team Leads
• Supporting local SCM in expediting & issue resolution.
• Ad Hoc business intelligence reporting.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Essential Experience, Skills and Qualifications
• Strong understanding of sourcing & tendering, including use of e-sourcing tools e.g. Ariba.
• Strong understanding of end to end procurement process in a best practise environment.
• Demonstrable experience in managing stakeholder relationships at all levels in the business.
• Understanding of sourcing plans, both project & programme.
• Understanding of the principles of Category Management.
• Strong facilitation & engagement skills.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office products i.e. PowerPoint, Access & Excel.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• Oil & Gas or Manufacturing industry experience.
• Global / Multi-national business experience.
• Being able to work under pressure and stringent time constraints.
