The Company:
A fully-fledged provider of EPC field development projects as well as engineering, technologies, solutions and services for the upstream oil and gas industry. Their range of offerings include deepwater drilling technologies, subsea oil and gas production systems, well services, mooring and offloading systems, wellstream processing technologies, as well as life-of-field solutions through its maintenance, modification and operations business.

The Role:
Product owner and responsible “go to” person for workover control system (WOCS) regarding HPU Container. This includes WOCM, SSCU, EPU, RMS, test stands, instrumentation & cabling.

Responsibilities:

• Participate at a senior level in development of products, starting with conceptual work, including standardization and modularization, testing and ending with a delivery project
• Participate in design reviews, gate reviews, HAZOP, HAZID
• Understand technical specifications, requirement documentation, and gap analysis
• Interface with other technical environments within the worldwide company
• Support lifecycle services with technical expert knowledge
• Maintain a leading understanding of the product area, including developments from suppliers, future requirements from customers, and industry trends

The Workover Technology & Concepts team is an innovative, dynamic and highly competent R&D team that creates future technology for advanced subsea systems on depths down to 3000 meters. They are now looking for creative and talented individuals who can strengthen the team and support their ambitious growth plans within the Subsea market.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Degree in Engineering (MSc/BSc)
• Preferably 3+ years engineering experience from subsea or offshore projects
• Knowledge of workover systems, modes of operation and barrier philosophies
• Knowledge of hydraulics, reels, umbilicals, connection hardware
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Thriving in creating good people and teams’ processes
• Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative, within a team environment
• Proactive, ’can do’ problem solving mentality
