The Company:
With interests in over 20 UK Continental Shelf (UKCS) fields, my Client has one of the most significant exploration and production businesses in the offshore waters of the UK.

The Role:
• Contribute to a culture of continuous HSSE performance improvement.
• Ensure daily activities on the Platform fully comply with the Client's practices including safe systems of work.
• Ensure all work activities are carried out following safety arrangements and that processes are operated in line with industry and internal best practice.
• Ensure that MTL is advised when any Safety Critical Equipment has failed to meet the performance standard.
• Actively contribute to the maintenance team achieving outstanding performance in meeting the Client's targets of HSSE and efficiency.
• Responsible for ensuring consistency and accuracy of all information input into WMS.
• Responsible and accountable for managing all Compliance issues for the Installation from a WMS perspective.
• Ensure Scheduling business processes & procedures are ‘fit for purpose’ and complied with.
• Provide weekly and monthly reports to management as required.
• Ensure that all Vendor reports and documentation is uploaded into WMS.
• Recognised as a WMS ‘Super user’.
• Drive Planned Maintenance reviews, levelling, and associated changes.
• Liaise between on and offshore regarding work plan.
• Ensure that all materials required are attached to Work order in correct Format.
• Assist with materials module interfaces.
• Ensure cost effective maintenance is being carried out specifically with regard to the accurate and timely recording of actual time spent on maintenance work.
• Demonstrate an active performance mindset to others within team to focus behaviours on safe working and optimising maintenance levels against key targets.
• Participate in training opportunities for offshore maintenance team regarding WMS.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Working knowledge of WMS, Primavera P6 & Business Objects
• Working Knowledge of Computer software packages i.e. Word, excel etc.
• Working knowledge of Work order management and compliance.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• Working Knowledge offshore process system an advantage.
• Proven capability in measuring and reporting data to deliver performance improvements.
