The Company:
Our Client appears in the FTSE 100 index and is an international energy services company specializing in Oil and Gas and has annual revenues of over £2.6 billion. They believe that it is the people that drive their success, from Project Managers, Project Engineers, consultants to designers and commercial personnel. They work globally employing over 20,000 people on major operations including the UK.

The Role:
Based in Aberdeen, purpose of the role is to maintain an efficient and effective Work Management System (WMS). This includes: Asset Register, Improvement Projects, Master Data Management and WMS technical support to frontline maintenance and operations to ensure the integrity of the client in compliance with current legislation and client standards.

Main Duties:
o Responsible for a defined set of designated sites, providing general support for all sites.
o Adhere to WMS processes and procedures.
o Support the current HSE plan and deliver HSE related activities.
o Assist in the review of maintenance management of change requests (P1, P3, P6 & P10 forms) and ensure that agreed changes are made in a timely manner and entered in the WMS.
o Release/generate Planned Maintenance Work Orders.
o Provide regular backlog and forward look reports utilising Intranet, Business Objects and TMAX to sites and management.
o Ensure the WMS team delivers regular and ad hoc reports as required using Business Objects and TMAX.
o Play an active role in the centre of expertise for WMS.
o Support the efficient use of WMS, liaising with Coaches, onshore and offshore teams, including providing training to new users as required.
o Ensure that all changes to the WMS are completed following client standards.
o Ensure the maintenance of system documentation, including a record of all changes to the function of the system.
o Test bulk data loads to the WMS as required, according to a test plan prior to loading into the live system.
o Respond to ad hoc requests following approval from WMS Lead.
o Attend departmental and team meetings as required to gain understanding of WMS community needs, expectations and direction.
o Attend weekly calls for designated sites as required.
o Prepare audits of designated sites workorder quality and duplication.
o Undertake site visits, including offshore, to support and coach frontline teams as required.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Secondary education and appropriate numeracy and computer based skills.
• Extensive maintenance and operations administration experience within the North Sea oil and gas industry.
