The Company:
Our Client oversees and manages all the operations associated with major LNG projects.

The Role:
Job Purpose:
Undertake formal worker welfare compliance verification inspections, assessment and audits of Client contractors and their facilities to assess current levels of compliance with local worker welfare legislation and Client requirements.
To develop inspection, assessment and audit reports and corrective action tracking registers (ATR) for the timely close out of auditor findings.
To perform ATR follow up verification visits as appropriate.

Key Result Areas:
• Identification of short and long term Client contractors which house their staff within and or outside RasLaffan Industrial City.
• Perform gap analysis of existing Client contract requirements against local legislation and applicable guidance documents..
• Develop a plan for the implementation of worker welfare compliance verification inspections, assessment and audits of contractor processes and related facilities.
• Execution of contractor worker welfare inspections, assessments and audits.
• Development of reports and corrective action tracking registers.
• Follow up verification processes for close out stewardship reports.

Operating Environment, Framework and Boundaries:
• Short and Long Term Client contractors and their associated worker welfare processes and facilities.
• Contractor facilities located within or outside RasLaffan Industrial City.
• Reporting to and working with Client Safety Department representatives.
Communications and Working Relationships:
• Must have strong interpersonal communication skills capable of dealing with multiple nationalities and varied cultures.
• Establishes functioning relationships with contractor management in the execution of his roles and responsibilities.
• Maintains clear lines of communication with his supervisor and supporting personnel.

Knowledge Skills and Experience:
• Membership in an internationally recognized Health & Safety association.
• Certified Auditor accreditation.
• 7 year’s experience in oil and gas industry.
• Familiar with ILO, WHO Human Rights legislation and international treaties
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong teamwork, with the ability to communicate and interact at all levels of management.
• Competent in the full suite of MS Office programs (Excel, MS Project, Word , PPT)
