The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Day to day business process representative on the programme
Provide subject matter expertise on behalf of the process owner to ensure solution / approach is fit for purpose
To act as a champion for programme and workstream approach and implementation within their functional area
Identify stakeholders and other attendees to represent the process area in key events, workshops and meetings
Attend key events such as kick off calls, workshops and meetings
Contribute to, review and sign off (as appropriate) to process area and programme deliverables
Provide input into the design of the ‘to-be’ global HR processes at L4, L5 and supporting documents
Liaise with senior business stakeholders and facilitate approval of programme (e.g. design documentation) and operational deliverables e.g. policy and procedure changes)
Confirm the process as fit-for purpose based on their area of expertise
Provide knowledge on how the processes are executed today
Identify content and document owners and help shape any new or amended content or documentation specific to the subject matter experts area of expertise (e.g. a specific site/function)
Communicate key decisions and other information, as appropriate, to business team members
Support test activities where necessary, or identify and brief appropriate substitutes where appropriate
Support training and cutover activities as necessary, or identify and brief appropriate substitutes where appropriate
Support change management activities as necessary, or identify and brief appropriate substitutes where appropriate
With assistance of the business analyst and process consultant, document new policy and business processes.

Essential Experience & Qualifications:
3 Key Skills:
1. A proven track record of leading and delivering complex HR transformation projects including design and implementation (to cover roll-out strategy and embedding analytics capability into the organisation) of workforce analytics and planning solutions as part of the implementation of a HR SaaS solution (e.g. SuccessFactors, Workday, etc.).
2. Prior proven knowledge of HR systems and processes as well as Workforce Planning, Organisation Design, Change Management and Programme / Project Management.
3. Strong understanding of data management principles, and analytics technology architecture design and service processing; with knowledge of metrics, data, business intelligence strategies, definition of HR scorecards and dashboards

Leading - able to engage and lead teams of direct and indirect reports, influence others to take action, and inspire a vision of where workforce analytics and planning should go.

Solution oriented - strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills with ability to multitask and manage competing priorities; as well as to manage ambiguity, risk, and changing direction of projects and strategies.

Technology savvy - strong desire and level of comfort working with technology, proficient in Excel, SAP, BI and statistical analysis tools, understands vendor and cloud technology, and navigates possibilities and limitations. Experience in data modelling, visualisation or statistical tools such as Microsoft Business Intelligence, IBM Cognos, SAP Business Warehouse, Oracle OBIEE, MicroStrategy, Roambi, Tableau, QlikView, Tibco Spotfire, SAS (including visual analytics), or IBM SPSS.

Analytical - strong quantitative and qualitative skills, able to analyse, correlate and synthesise complex data to seek business solutions.

Networked - able to build relationships and partnerships internal and external to the organisation, able to work with all levels of the organisation.

Flexible - ready to work under tight deadlines, willing to meet the business partners' changing needs and able to manage multiple priorities, requests, deadlines, and projects.

Detail oriented - able to pay attention to detail and produce thorough, accurate work.

Educated - A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, human resources (HR) and/or accounting coursework, masters preferred, experience in data analysis, financial modelling and presentation design, possesses business, HR and operations acumen.

Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate workforce analytics and planning to a non-technical audience.
