The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia. The Role:
Our Client is looking for a Workforce Management Officer to join a busy HR team on a major LNG project.

Your duties will include but not limited to:

• Support the project team in developing job descriptions and completing required HR forms.
• End to end procurement of contract resources through the vendor management system
• Ongoing education to new and existing position owners on Resource Procurement processes and policy related questions
• Provide advisory support and recommendations for contractor rates to ensure alignment across various teams within the project and close alignment with market rates relative to experience of contractor and position filled
• Liaise with Agencies on policies, billing accuracy and timelines
• Develop workflows for workforce management and data control processes to align headcount and workhour information across multiple systems and organisations.
• Engages with key stakeholders across the project to establish and maintain a reliable and repeatable workforce planning process for delivery and ensure aligned system data across multiple areas.
• Contributes to Workforce Planning Team with identification of improvement opportunities and assistance with establishing streamlined process flows, data collation and review and execution of delivery method

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Ideally you will have the ability to demonstrate knowledge, capability and competence in the following commercial, technical and interpersonal aspects:

• Experience of the mega project environment
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving capabilities
• Able to discuss sensitive information and maintain its integrity
• A hands on collaborative approach that engages the right people and contributes to problem solving and progress
