The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia. The Role:
An opportunity is now available for an experienced Workforce Planning Lead to join this already successful team.

Duties of this position will include:

• Lead and provide guidance to a team of 5 Workforce Planning Analysts to support Gorgon Foundation Project
• Management and consolidation of workforce plans of 3000 personnel, organisation and varying complexities associated with end to end coordination and administration.
• Interface management with key customer groups including execution and functional managers, Cost, Finance, Planning, and Human Resources departments
• Develop, deploy and manage work processes, procedures and systems for strategic Gorgon Foundation Project workforce planning and reporting across multiple locations (Perth, London, Barrow Island, Asia-Pacific Fabrication Yards).
• Develop strategies for Workforce Planning issue management and evolving reporting requirements; understanding monthly and longer term objectives including labour cost mitigation for Gorgon Foundation Project
• Coordination and analysis on workforce approved, forecast and actual’s data to support Gorgon Foundation Process decision making
• Oversight and assurance of management information reports, organization charts and workforce planning data for and on behalf of Gorgon Foundation Project Executive team
• Identify and manage risks to mitigate against non-compliance with personnel data policies

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
In order to be considered for this position you will have a business or relevant degree with at least 5 years experience in large or resources organisation. Additionally you will also possess;

• Knowledge of the oil and gas market and the associated workforce challenges and opportunities is required.
• Team management experience with skills and experience coaching junior and new staff.
• Exceptional analysis and problem solving skills, written and verbal communication skills and be able to assess and analyze and summarize information to provide clear options for approval by management and leadership.
• Incumbent is also expected to be adept at messaging to senior management and operating in a fluid Project environment, able to respond to changing demands without compromising the quality or integrity of data.
• Ability to discuss sensitive information and maintain its integrity is an essential requirement for this position.
