The Role:
The Workpack Manager is a key member of the Company's Module Construction Management Team which has accountability for the global fabrication, Logistics and Workpack generation for the Nyhamna Expansion Project - with delivery through the EPCm contractor. The team is reposnsible for delivery of ca. 50 complex modules (approx 17000 Mt), across a number of fabrication locations in Europe and Asia as well as the global logsitcs supply chain and the generation of Site Workpacks - approx 4 million manhours in total.

The position will report to the Construction Manager - Modules and will manage the effective HSSE, cost, schedule & quality management of the production of site Workpacks.
The Workpack manager will be required to interface closely with key departements such as Engineering, Site Construction, Fabrication, QA/QC, HSSE and Planning to ensure effective delivery and early identification and resolution of issues. For the duration of the project, the position will be based in Stord, Norway with frequent business trips to the design office in Oslo." Accountable for management of approx 1/2 million manhours of shop engineering

Workpack generation manhours at least 10 years relevant industry experience in managing the implementation of major capital projects.
Experience of working in a brownfield environment and Norwegian language abilities are an advantage.
Job Location is Stord. Frequent business trips to Oslo is expected.
