The Company:
Our client is a leading global oil and gas operating company.

The Role:
The EMCA (Emergency Management and Contractor HSE Assurance) Contracted (Incident-Free Culture) IFC Workshop Coordinator position is fast paced and requires a person who can multi-task and prioritize a heavy work load while providing excellent customer service to workshop sponsors, instructors and workshop participants. The position is responsible for coordinating all aspects of Company’s supported IFC Workshops. The part time position reports to the EMCA Director.

•Demonstrate strong safety leadership and a commitment to achieving an Incident-Free Culture.
•Ability to work a variable number of hours as determined by workshop volume. Baseline is part-time (~25 hrs per week).
•Maintenance of the supported IFC workshop schedule.
•Creating and managing events in an event management software package.
•Responsible for scheduling trained IFC instructors for supported IFC workshops.
•Responsible for status communications with workshop sponsors, presenters, attendees and site coordinators.
•Maintenance of IFC training records, which may include Learning Express entry for Company personnel.
•Completing training gap reports as requested by client groups requiring IFC training.
•Workshop appreciation gift ordering and maintenance.
•Responsible for reservations, catering, printing, material shipping, on-site set-up etc. associated with supported IFC workshop events in the Anchorage building.
•Responsible for printing, material shipping/returns, coaching third party on-site coordinators, etc. with supported IFC workshop events at offsite locations.
•IFC website and SharePoint maintenance as requested.
•Responsible for Corporate document retention requirements as they relate to IFC Workshop records.
•Support the IFC Engagement Committee, as requested by the EMCA Director, for IFC outreach efforts.
•Other duties as assigned by the EMCA Director.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•Legally authorized to work in the United States
•High School Degree
•Proficiency in using information technology tools involving data entry, tracking and reporting
•Proficiency in document and records management processes and tools (i.e. SharePoint, LiveLink, etc).
•Ability to safely lift and carry small loads (< 50 lbs).

•Power user of Microsoft Office products, including Microsoft Projects
•Oil and gas industry experience
•Experience with Learning Express
•Bachelor’s Degree
