Fircroft has appointed Singaporean recruitment pioneer Dhirendra Shantilal to the pivotal role of board director and Head of the Asia Pacific region, as Fircroft seeks to maintain the growth which has seen its annual turnover exceed USD 1 Billion.
With more than 33 years’ experience in recruitment, Dhirendra was one of the founding partners of Business Trends in Singapore, a recruitment firm which was sold to Kelly Services in year 2000. Following its sale, Dhirendra transformed the company and grew the business spanning 85 offices across the Asia Pacific region.
