On Thursday 7th October, Azerbaijan’s Baku office held its first HR event. Fircroft Regional Director, Christophe Menger attended the event alongside Senior HR representatives from 20 local and international companies. The event included a presentation of Fircroft’s capabilities and a showcase of a new service that we have added to our portfolio – training and development.
We also invited one of our contracted trainers along to the event to give an overview of the types of training we could offer and this provoked a lively discussion with many of the delegates sharing ideas. This session was then followed by a networking lunch, which again worked very well.
Geoff Heywood – Country Manager commented; “this was a great platform for Fircroft to demonstrate its capabilities to both existing and prospective clients. Most had previously heard of Fircroft believed we only offered Oil & Gas recruitment services. We were happy to explain about the other services we deliver and the additional sectors we operate in. Overall the event was a great success and we are already having interest shown in our business offerings”.
