Fircroft Shortlisted for Best Use of Online Recruitment in the OnRec Awards

Fircroft is pleased to announce that we have recently been shortlisted in the Best Use of Online Recruitment by a Recruitment Agency category for the OnRec Online Recruitment Awards 2013.

These prestigious awards celebrate the success, growth, innovation, talent and achievements within the online recruitment industry. This year the ceremony will take place in London on the 21st March.

The judging panel will consists of representatives from the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) and the Institute of Recruitment Professionals (IRP) in addition to other respected industry leaders:

• Ruth Owen, CEO of Whizz-Kidz
• Steve Playford, Managing Director of Financial Times Career Management
• Laura Stoker, Executive Director of Global Training
• The OnRec Editorial Team

Paul Rawson, Head of Marketing, said: “We are very proud to be nominated for this award. As we continue to grow, online recruitment is increasingly important in enabling us to attract the best candidates. Over the last 12 months, the team has implemented a number of targeted strategies which have seen placements through the website increase over 200% year on year”.
