Fircroft to Continue Driving Bentley Forward

Specialist recruitment agency, Fircroft, has driven its reputation forward with the announcement of a three-year extension of its exclusive contract to act as recruitment consultancy provider for Bentley Motors, running until 2015.

The agreement allows Fircroft to continue to grow Bentley’s number of skilled employees as the company steps up recruitment to meet an increase in demand for new products.

Fircroft has provided Bentley with its bespoke recruitment services since 1998. After successfully meeting their recruitment brief for five years, Fircroft became Bentley’s sole recruitment partner in 2003 - allowing Fircroft to use its expertise within the engineering and automotive sectors to secure the best recruits possible in a host of white collar positions across both sites.

As well as securing the best possible engineering talent currently in the industry, Bentley and Fircroft are also committed to providing opportunities for graduate engineers through its graduate training scheme. The Cheshire based company are currently recruiting for engineers for Bentley’s Noise, Vibration and Handling (NVH) division, which is working on creating an even more comfortable ride for Bentley’s products.

Aaron Hankinson Functional Manager – Acoustics & Aerodynamics at Bentley, is delighted to continue working with Fircroft to secure the necessary additions to his team.
