Fircroft’s marketing department is dedicated to increasing contractor and client satisfaction and has been working hard to identify ways to enhance the service provided. Understanding our contractors and clients is crucial; identifying areas for improvement will only strengthen our position within the marketplace.
Customer satisfaction is essential to the survival of any business, ensuring Fircroft is the recruitment agency of choice and retaining customers is a crucial strategy for the company. Sending out service delivery questionnaires to clients and contractors, is just the start, by the end of April 2013 a large proportion of customers will have been contacted. A new process has been put into place to ensure that any feedback is pushed through the quality department to progress any recommendations and areas for improvement. So far, Fircroft has seen approximately 30% response rate from contractors and clients.
