Venera Baidosova Fircroft KazakhstanFircroft’s most recent Global Employee of the Quarter, Venera Baidosova has taken some time out of her busy day to tell us first-hand about her experience in recruitment at Fircroft and why Fircroft is a great place for graduates to start their career.

How long have you worked at Fircroft? What was it that initially attracted you to the company?

I joined Fircroft in January 2014 as a receptionist and moved into recruitment after two months.  Fircroft is a world-renowned recruitment company which nowadays everyone is hoping to get a chance to work in.

What do you do at Fircroft today? Have you had many different roles or experiences since you started at Fircroft?

Since my move into recruitment as an Assistant, I quickly adapted to this area of work, and now I am the Senior Recruitment Specialist. I have enjoyed and excelled in this area of business and I am looking forward to progressing my career further with Fircroft.

What’s the best or most rewarding thing about working for Fircroft?

One of my favourite elements is to introduce and promote our company, demonstrating our professional services to other clients and at the same time to do business development.

If you could provide any advice to a new graduate thinking about a career in recruitment, what would it be?

Fircroft is the best company to grow step by step.

Why should a graduate apply for Fircroft’s Graduate Recruitment Programme?

I think this is a great opportunity for fresh graduates who want to gain experience in different kinds of sectors and Fircroft is one of the best companies for this.

How would you describe Kazakhstan to someone who has never been before?

Kazakhstan, is unique, landscape and culture wise. It would be an adventure for any foreigner coming to live and work here. Kazakhstan offers everything you could hope for in a great travel destination, which includes mountain tops, glaciers, coniferous woods, large rocky canyons, pristine mountain lakes and amazing rivers among many others. In this country, tourists can enjoy recreation opportunities throughout the year.

What are your favourite things about living in Kazakhstan?

I like everything about living Kazakhstan :)
