Recruitment is dead! Long live recruitment?

Technical engineering companies are often at the cutting edge of technology and production, but can the same be said for their talent attraction strategies?

Research from Fircroft indicates that many companies remain reliant on talent acquisition strategies that have remained fundamentally unchanged for decades. Their recruitment techniques have failed to keep up with the rapidly changing labour market.

So recruitment is dead! Long live recruitment?

On 25th May Fircroft will be bringing together a select group of senior HR, Resourcing and Supply Chain professionals from the biggest names in the Power & Energy sector to discuss, debate and think about the future of technical engineering recruitment. And we want you to be part of this conversation.

Disruptive new technologies are completely transforming traditional markets (think Uber and Airbnb); are advanced technology-enabled solutions about to do the same for recruitment?

Debate the answer to this question and many more with Fircroft at London’s prestigious Oriental Club on 25th May.

Ensure your voice is part of the debate, and register to attend now.

Venue - Oriental Club, London
Date - 25th May 2016
Time - 9am to 2.30pm
